These terms explain the basics for using IbisLink.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using IbisLink. By using the IbisLink website, app, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

Purpose and scope

IbisLink is intended solely for personal organisation purposes to help individuals manage roster information, duty schedules, and related data.

This application is designed as a personal productivity tool and is not intended to replace or supplement any official airline or employer systems.

What IbisLink does

IbisLink provides tools for roster management, calendar sharing, pay estimates, allowance tracking, claim notes, technical quizzes, and related pilot admin workflows. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

No official affiliation

No airline or business endorsement: Any similarities, representations, or perceived alliance with any airline, aviation company, or business organisation is purely coincidental.

IbisLink does not seek to be perceived as an application that has been approved, endorsed, or sanctioned by any airline, employer, or business entity.

Independent application: This application operates independently and is not associated with, sponsored by, or affiliated with any commercial aviation company, airline, or related business organisation.

No representation: This application, its developer (individual or company) and associates (if any) does not directly or indirectly represent any Company's public position in respect of any matter. For clarity and avoidance of doubt, this includes but is not limited to the Qantas Group (Qantas Airways, Jetstar, Eastern Australian Airlines, Sunstate Airlines, National Jet Systems, Network Aviation, Express Freighters Australia, and others).

Employer policy compliance

Users must comply with their employer's IT, cybersecurity, data handling, operational, and employment policies when using this application.

IbisLink must not be used in any way that results in a breach of employer policies or applicable cybersecurity requirements.

User responsibility

Data upload responsibility: All information uploaded, entered, imported, or stored by the user in IbisLink is the sole responsibility of the user.

Users must ensure they have appropriate rights and permissions to use any data they input into the application.

Information accuracy: Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered into the application and for ensuring compliance with their employer's policies regarding personal use of roster and duty information.

Inferred information: Any calculations, analyses, projections, or information inferred or generated by IbisLink based on user-provided data is the responsibility of the user.

Users should independently verify all calculated results before making any decisions based on this information.

Prohibited data sharing

IbisLink does not permit, support, or authorise the external transmission, emailing, uploading, or sharing of roster data, duty data, or any operational information to the developer or to any third party.

Users must not use IbisLink to export or transmit employer system data outside authorised employer systems.

Accounts, devices, and access

Some features may depend on your device, app installation, Apple account, subscription status, or available services. Access may be limited if the app cannot verify a purchase, subscription, supported platform, or required technical condition.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials are handled through Apple and the App Store. Apple terms and policies apply to those transactions. IbisLink does not directly process your App Store payment details.

No warranty

IbisLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The developers make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of the application's functions.

Not professional advice

This application does not provide professional, legal, financial, employment, operational, or regulatory advice.

Users should consult appropriate professionals or official sources regarding employment-related, operational, pay, legal, or regulatory matters.

Data security

By using IbisLink you acknowledge that it is impossible and unreasonable to assume that stored data is 100% safe, 100% of the time. Despite the best efforts and practise of the developer, malicious activities may expose data.

Users acknowledge they are responsible for keeping their device secure and should not store, share, or transmit sensitive information without appropriate precautions.

Accuracy and availability

IbisLink aims to be useful and reliable, but errors, outages, incomplete data, unsupported roster formats, pay rule changes, and calculation differences can happen.

You remain responsible for checking official sources before relying on any information produced, displayed, calculated, imported, or inferred by IbisLink.

Intellectual property

IbisLink, including its design, code, content, branding, and related materials, is owned by Adrian Stevens or its licensors.

You may use the app for its intended purpose, but you must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or create derivative products from IbisLink without permission.

Third-party services

IbisLink may link to or work with third-party services such as Apple, hosting providers, diagnostics tools, calendar services, or airline systems. IbisLink is not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IbisLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the service.

This includes loss connected with roster, pay, allowance, claim, training, operational, legal, regulatory, or employment-related decisions.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website. Continued use of IbisLink after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
